Here at VP Academy we welcome, and in fact, actively encourage people from all ages, walks of life and levels of experience to join us. We have taught and trained more than 500 + students, helped & coached various university teams for competitions and performances in pursuit of spreading our cultural heritage.

Together we will help you achieve Bhangra greatness, have fun, improve your fitness and meet new people. If that wasn’t enough you will also have the opportunity to take part in live shows. The aim of VP Academy is to teach and train Bhangra dance to the new generation of today, spreading Bhangra dance to different cultural diversities and age groups.

Bhangra is a dynamic form of folk music and dance that originates from the Punjab. Bhangra has recently enjoyed a surge in recognition worldwide, both in traditional form and as a combination with genres such as hip-hop, house, and reggae. VP Academy embrace the culture of music and invite anybody to join in and do the same!

DHOL LOVERS

We run Dhol drumming workshops alongside our dancing. Take the classes separately or combine the two for an amazing all round experience!
